CONTACT 2016 Registration


To register you, we need to know who you are and collect funds due to help pay for the conference. We thus ask you to provide
   (1) registration information and
   (2) payment (if needed).


(1) Registration Information

   We ask that all attendees register, regardless of payment category, in case we need to get out information quickly on a schedule change, cancellation, or other unanticipated circumstance. If you use the PayPal button below or pay by check, you do not need to duplicate contact information on the check or collected by PayPal.

   To register and get a badge, please provide a mailing address, email address, phone number and registration category for each person you are registering (Full Adult.., Discount.., etc.) for each registrant.

   Registration information is stored off-line with non-Microsoft software and will not be given to third parties.

(2) Payment

Registration Category and Payment Amount.

  FRIEND of CONTACT (includes $50 donation): $150
  Full adult preregistration price: $100
  Discount Student/Senior/Staff: $90
  Full Conference at-door registration: $130
  Single day at door registration: $50
  Other; Per prior arrangement.

Since we fund our conference solely on donations and registrations, we urge all who are able to sign up at the FRIEND rate. Please note that the Early-bird discount rate expires on 1 March 2016

      (a) By mail: If you mail in your registration, you may include a check with the registration information. We recommend that you do not send cash.

      (b) Or On line: If you wish to pay on line, please use the Paypal button below. It should give a credit card option as well as the Paypal option.

CONTACT 2016 Banquet


The CONTACT Banquet this year will be on Saturday Night, 2 April 2016. We will have a buffet with Salmon, Chicken, and Meatless Pasta main courses, vegetables, and desert "bites". The banquet price is $50 each. You may pay on line, by mail to the registrar (see above) or at the door (but it's much easier on us to pay on line). For planning purposes, we need to have all banquet reservations in by 10 March 2016

Donations to CONTACT are greatly appreciated. You may also use the Donate button to send amounts that differ from the registration and banquet categories above.
